Transit Travel Through Libya From Border To Border Driving or riding across Libya from Ras Ajdir (the Tunisian Border) to Emsaad (the Egyptian border), or vice versa: you will be met by your guide, who will complete the Libyan visa and entry formalities for you, and then escort you safely into the country

The Program

You can stop anywhere you like along the coast, for sightseeing and for camping or for staying in a hotel. Driving at night, according to the old law, is not permitted. Stopping at and/or entering some coastal areas and ports, such as Ras Lanouf, is not permitted by law, as oil-related sites are not designated as tourist sites. Road safety in Libya requires special attention.

One of the most common questions we receive is: how long does it take to cross Libya from border to border? The answer varies according to how much one would like to see 3or 4-Days tours will include riding for most of the time (day time only), and therefore are suitable for those who would like to transit Libya in as little time as possible. 6or 7-day tours are ideal for those who intend to visit some of the archaeological site at their own pace.
