A fantastic journey exploring the ancient Phoenician, Greek, and Roman ruins of Libya.
This tour covers both Tripolitania and Cyrenaica, with visits to Tripoli’s Old Medina
and lively markets, the magnificent Leptis Magna, and Sabratha with its colossal Roman
theatre. You will be accompanied throughout by a knowledgeable local guide to ensure
everything runs smoothly.
This itinerary offers a rich introduction to Libya’s diverse cultures, landscapes,
and archaeological heritage. The tour can be extended to include extra days in the
Sahara, such as the Ubari Lakes, or any other site of interest.
Day 1 – Tripoli · The Old City
- Arrival at Tripoli International Airport
- Meet and greet with your local guide

- Transfer to the city centre and hotel check-in
Day 2 – Tripoli

- Walking tour of the Old City and souks
